I am not a technical person. How easy is it for me to use?
The only skill you need is the ability to use a web browser. You don’t need to be a programmer or have advanced technical skills. Watch our demo to see how easy re:write is to use.

If I do something wrong will my website crash?
re:write only allows you to modify the ‘content’. The underlying program code is protected from accidental change, offering peace of mind to those making updates to the site.

Does re:write allow me to edit everything?
You should be able to edit the majority of the content on your web pages. Inevitably there may be items which may be difficult for us to make ‘editable’, such as animations.  No two websites are the same so the specifics will depend a lot on the individual website.

Can re:write only be used for brand new websites?
No. We are able to integrate re:write into your existing website. Please see the re:write and your website page for more information.

Does re:write use a browser plugin?
No. Neither you or your web visitors need to download any add-ons or plugins.

How much does it cost?
There is a one-off licence fee. In addition to this there may be integration costs, particularly if adding to an existing website.

I have more than one website… can I use re:write on all my websites?
You must purchase a separate licence for every website that utilises re:write.

Is re:write compatible with my Web Hosting Account?
re:write websites have some specific requirements for web hosting. See the Technical Requirements page for details.

What help will be available to me?
An online User Manual is available which explains in detail how to use re:write. We can also arrange face-to-face training and you can contact us at any time for help and assistance.
